Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made in the applications operated by Wavelength Studios LLC ("Wavelength," "we," "us," or "our"), including Sinai AI (the "Services"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

The short version: Credits you haven't spent can be refunded within 14 days. Credits already consumed by a completed render are generally non-refundable, because the compute cost has already been incurred — but if something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

1. How purchases work

The Services run on credits. You buy a credit pack, and each render deducts credits at the price shown before you confirm it. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

2. Unused credits — 14-day refund

If you purchased a credit pack directly from us and have not yet used any of the credits in it, you may request a full refund of that purchase within 14 days. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order details.

3. Consumed credits

Credits that have already been spent on a completed render are non-refundable, because the generation has been performed and the compute cost incurred. This is consistent with the sale of a digital service that is delivered immediately.

4. Failed or defective renders

If a render fails for a technical reason on our side, or is not delivered, we will restore the credits consumed or, at our discretion, issue a refund. If a generation completes but is materially defective due to a fault in the Services, contact us and we will investigate and make it right. AI output is inherently variable; dissatisfaction with an otherwise successfully generated result is not by itself a defect.

5. Purchases made through Apple or Google

If you bought credits through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are handled under the store's own refund process and terms. Please request refunds for store purchases directly through Apple or Google; we are not able to refund a store transaction on their behalf, though we are happy to help where we can.

6. Subscriptions

Where a subscription is offered, you can cancel at any time and it will not renew for the next billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or the applicable store's policy. Any remaining benefits generally remain available until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

8. How to reach us

For any billing question, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within a few business days.
