This Privacy Policy explains how Wavelength Studios LLC ("Wavelength," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and the applications we operate, including Sinai AI (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
The short version: We collect what we need to run your account and provide the product you asked for. The photos you upload are used to create your content — not sold, and not used to train models without your consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — such as your email address and authentication details when you create or sign in to an account.
- Photos and images you upload — the pictures you choose as input for a render.
- Prompts and inputs — text prompts, template selections, and settings you choose.
- Content you generate — the media produced by the Services.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — features used, templates viewed, renders requested, and similar activity.
- Device and technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and general (non-precise) location inferred from your IP address.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to keep the Services working.
Payment information
Purchases of credits are processed by the relevant app store (Apple, Google) or our payment processor. We receive confirmation of a transaction and related metadata, but we do not collect or store your full card number.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Services — generating the content you request from the photos and prompts you supply.
- To create and maintain your account and credit balance.
- To process purchases and prevent fraud.
- To operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services.
- To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse or prohibited content.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- To communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
4. Your photos and generated content
Photos you upload are used solely to produce the content you request and to operate the Services. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use the photos you upload to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Generated media is stored temporarily so you can access it in the app. Outputs are automatically deleted after 48 hours unless you save them to your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you wish to retain.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, compute (including the inference partner that performs the AI rendering), analytics, and customer-support vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Payment and app-store providers — to process and verify purchases.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Wavelength.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. International processing
We operate globally. Your information may be processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure located in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Data retention
- Account information is kept while your account is active.
- Generated outputs are deleted automatically after 48 hours unless saved by you.
- Logs and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period needed for security and operations.
- We retain information longer where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also delete your account from within the app, which removes your account data subject to the retention rules above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
