Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and isn't allowed when using the applications operated by Wavelength Studios LLC ("Wavelength," "we," "us," or "our"), including Sinai AI (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as our products and the law evolve.
The principle: Create with content you have the right to use, don't target or harm real people, and keep it legal. We enforce these rules to keep the Services safe and welcome on every platform.
1. You must have the rights to your input
You may only upload photos and other input that you own or have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use. You are responsible for the input you provide and for the output you create and share.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:
- Depicts or sexualises minors in any way, including stylised or AI-generated depictions;
- Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates someone in a deceptive or harmful way;
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfake" nudity or sexual content of a real person);
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, bullying, hateful, or that promotes or incites violence, self-harm, or discrimination;
- Depicts graphic violence or is designed to shock or disgust;
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or illegal goods and services;
- Infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Is intended to deceive — for example fabricated depictions of real events or people presented as genuine, election or public-health disinformation, or fraud and scams;
- Attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the Services, their rate limits, or their safety systems.
3. Disclosure of AI-generated content
Output is synthetic and generated by AI. Where you share it, you must not present it as a genuine recording of real events or people, and you must comply with any applicable laws requiring AI content to be labelled as such.
4. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, review, remove, or refuse content; limit, suspend, or terminate accounts; and report activity to the relevant authorities, where we reasonably believe this Policy, our Terms, or the law has been violated. We cooperate with lawful requests relating to child-safety and other serious harms.
5. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it to [email protected]. We take child-safety reports especially seriously and act on them promptly.
